Citigroup CEO Jane Fraser, APAC CEO Peter Babej, and India CCO and South Asia Cluster Head Ashu Khullar visited Citi Solutions Center (CSC), Chennai, and were hosted by the India CSC leadership Team. The centers in India house ~26,500 employees and provide solutions for Technology, Operations, Analytics, Finance, Risk and allied services for Institutional Clients, as well as Personal Banking and Wealth Management businesses across Citi making them a vital part of the global CSC network.
Jane was part of key discussions learning in-depth about the Global Capability Centers (GCC) landscape in India. She also engaged with teams across Operations and Technology on their projects and capabilities managed out of the India CSCs in Technology, Analytics and Process innovation, which have led to improved efficiency and enhanced customer experience for Citi‘s clients globally. As the CSCs continue to scale up, they will continue to provide a wide range of career opportunities leveraging a variety of skills from a diverse and extremely skilled talent pool for Citi’s businesses globally.
