Chennai, Feb 27th, 2024: Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) associates with SIMS Hospital to launch SIMS Pharmacy outlets in 40 metro stations across Chennai, which is a crucial step in ensuring the health of commuters on the metro. As part of this initiative, the first SIMS pharmacy was launched at Vadapalani Metro Station in Chennai. Dr. Ravi Pachamuthu, Chairman, SRM Group, Dr.Raju Sivasamy, Vice-President, SIMS Hospital, Shri. T. Archunan, IRSE – Director (Projects) – CMRL and Shri. Rajesh Chaturvedi, IRSEE – Director (Systems & Operation) graced the occasion.
One of the key highlights of SIMS Pharmacy is the introduction of AI-integrated pharmacies for home delivery with optimized inventory management, personalized customer experiences, enhanced customer service, and automated prescription processing.

Adding to the convenience, SIMS Hospital management is thrilled to introduce its “Doctor on Wheels” initiative.
